VSDA’s admissions process helps each applicant understand program goals, eligibility, and the steps required to move confidently into training.
Eligibility
VSDA welcomes student candidates age 17 or older who have earned a high school diploma or GED.
Tours + advising
Students can tour the Encino and Downey facilities and speak directly with faculty or the director about programs and fit.
Financing help
VSDA works with several banks offering loan options for students who qualify and can help guide applicants through the process.
Once an application is received, students receive a confirmation packet with new-student information. VSDA stays connected with students from the beginning of the application process through program completion to support retention, graduation, and successful career outcomes.
